Returns & Exchanges

Domestic

We accept returns/exchange on apparel, and accessories unless otherwise stated on the product detail page. 

  • Eligible items should reach us within 15 days from the date of purchase. Returned/exchanged items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with their original packaging (labels, hang tags on clothing, plastic wrap) intact. 
  • Products on SALE are not eligible for return.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, it can be returned/exchanged depending on the stock availability. If the product is out of stock, then the Bill amount will be credited to the extent of the MRP of the product returned/exchanged.
  • To initiate a return/exchange, kindly send us an e-mail to retuns@nighnighstore.com within 15 days of the purchase, mention the Order number as your e-mail subject followed by the reason for return. 
  • You can contact our Customer Care at +91 9820498207 for further clarification. Our delivery agent will then pick up the order for the shipping address provided to us. 
  • After receiving the product at our warehouse, we will perform a quality check, and intimate you through e-mail/call regarding further action.

In the case of refunds, we are dependent on external agencies such as banks and payment gateways. Your refund will be processed as per the below-mentioned timelines:

  • Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking: 5-7 working days from the refund initiation date.
  • NEFT Transfer: 5-7 working days from the refund initiation date. 

International

  • To initiate a return/exchange, kindly send us an e-mail to retuns@nighnighstore.com within 30 days of the purchase, mention the Order number as your e-mail subject followed by the reason for return. 
  • For all International orders, the return/exchange cost for shipping and other charges (if applicable) are required to be borne by the customer.
  • Return/Exchange will only be possible if the product purchased is available in In-stock.
  • You can connect with our Customer Care at +91 9820498207 for further clarification. You will then have to ship the product to our warehouse with a copy of the invoice.
  • International shipments should be marked as a "Merchandise Exchange" with a carrier that does not levy brokerage fees. 
  • After receiving the product at our warehouse we will perform a quality check, and intimate you through e-mail/call regarding further action. 
  • No COD applicable for International Shipment
